Common questions
I can't log in
Try the Forgot passwordlink on the login screen — we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. If you signed up with Google or Apple, make sure you're tapping the matching button on the login screen.
My progress or streak has disappeared
Progress is saved to your account, not your device, so it should sync automatically when you log back in. If something looks wrong, try signing out and back in. If your streak has been lost due to a technical issue on our end, email us and we'll restore it.
A card has an error or wrong answer
Every card is AI-generated and cross-checked, but errors can slip through. If you spot one, please email us the card details (subject, topic, and what the error is) and we'll fix it and remove the card from circulation.
I want to cancel my subscription
You can cancel at any time — no questions asked.
- Web (swipe-learn.app):Go to Settings → Manage subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
- iOS:Go to your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SwipeLearn → Cancel.
- Android: Open the Google Play app → Subscriptions → SwipeLearn → Cancel subscription.
I was charged but can't access Premium
This sometimes happens if there's a delay syncing your payment. Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists after a few minutes, email us with your account email and we'll sort it out straight away.
I want to request a refund
For web subscriptions, email us at support@howlermonkey.co.uk within 14 days of your charge and we'll process a refund. For App Store or Google Play purchases, refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly — use their standard refund request process.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete my accountinside the app. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data within 30 days. If you're having trouble finding this option, email us and we'll do it for you.
The app is crashing or behaving oddly
Try these steps in order: force-quit and reopen the app; check for an update in the App Store or Play Store; sign out and back in. If it's still happening, email us with your device type, OS version, and what you were doing when it crashed — screenshots help a lot.
